Firstly, go through your films and tapes and decide what it is you have and what you want digitised. Then simply find the items in the shop and them to your cart.

Remember to add a USB drive, DVD or CD to your order

This will depend on what you are getting done. For example a batch of 50 cine reels will take longer to do then one VHS tape. Cine film is very labour intensive so allow 7-10 days on average. Video & audio tapes allow 3-7 days on average.

Please call beforehand to check before you drop your order in to the studio.

You can drop it in to us by hand or you can send it in by courier. My studio is in Swindon - 53, Cricklade Rd, Swindon, SN2 1AA.

I am asked this question many times. Several online companies do not return the original films or tapes but here at AVP you will get back everything you bought in to be transferred.

I do not have the facilities to re-cycle any of your originals so these are always returned to you for safe keeping or disposal.

If you would like your films or tapes to run in consecutive order please ensure they are clearly numbered. If you have asked for a DVD I will use your numbering to create the chapters on the DVD.

All the cine and tape transfers are done on my premisses, nothing is sent away to be done. If I cannot do it I will let you know beforehand.
